However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

When will I receive my order?

Local pick-up orders are ready within 2-5 business days. You will receive notification when order is ready. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom items may take longer depending on design approval. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Once your order is shipped, The Crafty Angel Co is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Can I customize a design or request a special order?

Yes! We love custom work. Visit our Custom Shirt listing or message us with your idea.

What kind of files can I upload for custom shirts?

High-quality PNG or SVG files are best. If you need help, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Absolutely! We welcome bulk orders for events, teams, or businesses. Contact us to discuss details and discounts.

At checkout, simply select your school’s name and address as the shipping address. Be sure to include your name and any room number or front office instructions in the order notes so we can ensure smooth delivery.

Deliveries are typically made on Mondays -Friday, depending on the school schedule.

Do I need to be present to receive my order?
Nope! As long as you provide clear instructions, we’ll leave it in your mailbox, with the front office, or where your school allows deliveries.

Can I surprise a fellow teacher with a delivery?
Yes! Just make sure to include their name and room number in the notes at checkout, and we’ll make it happen.
